Everything you need to know about how your TupiTea order travels, and what to do if you need to send it back.
Orders placed through our official checkout are processed and handed to the carrier within one business day. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays go out the next business day.
As soon as your order ships, our checkout partner emails you a tracking number. If it has not arrived within 48 hours of your confirmation, check your spam folder, then contact support@trytupitea.com and we will resend it.

Every order is covered by our 90-day money-back promise, even on opened jars. To start a return, email returns@trytupitea.com within 90 days of your purchase with your order number. We will reply with return instructions and the return address. You cover return postage; we refund the product price once the return is received, typically within 3 to 5 business days. The formal terms live on our refund policy page.
If a jar arrives damaged or your order is not what you expected, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right at no cost to you.
