Belrava Wellness Group LLC ("we," "us") stands behind TupiTea with a 90-day money-back promise. This page sets out the formal terms.
You may request a refund of the product price within 90 days of your original purchase date. The promise applies to opened and unopened jars alike. It covers purchases made through our official checkout at trytupitea.com. Purchases made through any third party are not covered, as we cannot verify their authenticity or handling.
Email returns@trytupitea.com or call (912) 480-2271 with your order number within the 90-day window. We will reply within one business day with return instructions and the return address.
Return the jars to the address we provide. You are responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive your return, we process the refund of the product price to your original payment method, typically within 3 to 5 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the credit.
Shipping is free on every order, so there is no outbound shipping charge to withhold. We refund the full product price you paid. Return postage for sending jars back to us is not reimbursed.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund it in full at no cost to you, including shipping.
