A vitality tea is only as good as the powder in the jar. Here is the full path TupiTea travels, from raw botanical to the lot that lands on your doorstep, and every checkpoint along the way.
We buy our six botanicals from established suppliers who specialize in each plant. Every incoming shipment arrives with a certificate of analysis confirming species identity and country of origin. Damiana, epimedium, tribulus and cayenne come from growers with a documented supply history; muira puama and catuaba are sourced from suppliers working within sustainable harvest programs in South America. Nothing enters our blending run on a supplier's word alone.
TupiTea is blended and jared in a United States facility that operates under current Good Manufacturing Practices. That means documented batch records, controlled environments, calibrated equipment and trained staff. Each production run is assigned a lot number that follows the jar all the way to you.
This is the part we will not cut. A sample from every finished lot is sent to an independent laboratory accredited to ISO/IEC 17025. The lot is held - not shipped - until those results clear. Here is what the lab checks:
High-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) confirms each botanical is what the label says and detects adulteration or substitution.
Active markers, such as icariin in epimedium and saponins in tribulus, are measured against label claim so the dose you read is the dose you drink.
Inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) screens for lead, arsenic, cadmium and mercury against strict limits.
Total plate counts, yeast, mold and pathogen screens, plus a pesticide residue panel, confirm the powder is clean and safe.
TupiTea is non-GMO and is formulated without gluten, dairy, soy or added stimulants. It is suitable for most diets, though as with any botanical product we ask you to read the full label and check with your physician if you have allergies or take medication.
